Daniel Clarke’s Post-Oceanside 70.3 Thoughts

I raced Ironman 70.3 Oceanside on Saturday to kick off my 2018 triathlon season.  It was my first time racing Oceanside and first time kicking off my triathlon season before June. It was a terrific race with a great course, good atmosphere, and beautiful weather. Unfortunately I didn’t have the race I wanted, with nutrition issues spoiling my chances of a strong run. Wildflower Half will be my next race in May.
