Sanders is fresh off a big weekend of racing at the Super League Arena Games Montreal, where the Canadian’s sixth-place finish thrilled the crowd.

Having Sanders at the race in Miami will see the resumption of the Canadian’s rivalry with American Sam Long. Sanders outsprinted Long at the Ironman 70.3 North American Championships in St. George a few years ago, then repeated that at last year’s Collins Cup.

We’ll have more from this weekend in Miami – stay tuned!
