For triathletes in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada’s largest one-day triathlon seminar is coming to the area on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016. Hosted by Barrie Shepley and Personal Best, the Sketchers Triathlon and Run clinic will be taking place again this year at McMaster University and the key speakers include Canadian triathlon stars Andrew Yorke and Lionel Sanders. The event runs in conjunction with the Subaru series, Multisport Canada and Triathlon Ontario end-of-year awards banquets so it will be a day full of all triathlon in one of the country’s multisport hotspots.

The event is open to anyone interested in learning more about endurance sport and features mini-clinics throughout the day with industry specialists including top coaches, injury-prevention and nutrition specialists. Guests can choose which clinics they would like to attend throughout the day. Keynote speakers besides Sanders and Yorke include Taylor Reid, Kristen Marchant and Sean Bechtel. Past speakers have included Olympic track runner Melissa Bishop.
