Rouvy for Women┬áis a new campaign from the indoor cycling platform aimed at encouraging women to ride indoors. The goal is to “inspire, motivate and empower women to experience the benefits of indoor cycling and reach their fitness goals.”

While the popularity of indoor cycling has increased dramatically in recent years, it remains a male-dominated activity.

“Our goal is for indoor cycling to be enjoyed by everyone,” says Petr Samek, Rouvy’s CEO. “We want to build an inclusive community for all, where women can feel confident about themselves and become more motivated. I believe these initiatives will create positive change and more opportunities for women who love cycling.”

The campaign will include women’s group rides, training plans and “a challenge across some of the most stunning scenery of Scandinavia ending at Haukland beach,” according to a release from Rouvy. The goal is to use the campaign as a “springboard to regular future events to create an empowered women’s community on the platform.”

The Rouvy platform includes over 10,000 real-world routes filmed on video around the world. Find out more at rouvy.com.
