One of the things I've been trying to do as I visit each place on the circuit is to make sure I go on mini excursions to see new things! So when someone recommended visiting L'Oratoire Saint Joseph du Mont Royal I went for it! Today was the best day weather wise and considering when the race is it was either today or miss it. Turns out it was even more perfect than I thought it would be as @lindseyjerdonek joined me and they had a summer concert series going on. Also a passing storm left some pretty amazing clouds. The church had a beautiful inside and was a great place to be to thank God for all the amazing opportunities and experiences we are given. I'd say #wtsmontréal is off to an awesome start!
Tyler Mislawchuk and Alexis Lepage represent Canada on the men’s side while Joanna Brown and Paula Findlay will both look to build on their top-15 finishes from last weekend for Canada on the women’s side.
Full start lists are available here.
The women will get the 2017 ITU World Triathlon Montreal underway at 13:30 on Saturday, August 05, while the men will follow the next day at 13:30 local time on Sunday, August 06. Follow all of the action live at triathlonlive.tv and on twitter @triathlonlive.
