The event will take place over the Canada Day long weekend, with the pro qualifier race on the evening of Sat. July 4, and then a mix of events for age groupers, youth, and junior athletes on July 5.

The two-day affair offers a wide variety of distances for everyone, including the traditional sprint (700 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run), the sprint enduro (350 m swim, 5 km bike, 2.5 km run done back-to-back), and the enduro (two full sprint-distance races back-to-back).

The race will be held in Lansdowne Park, with the swim taking place in the historic Rideau Canal. Super League Triathlon will provide a fan zone, gourmet food and drinks, and entertainment to keep the whole family engaged throughout the holiday weekend.
