Social media round-up: Days one and two of Island House Invitational Triathlon

Day 2 of the Island House Invitational Triathlon sees the 2o men and 20 women fighting to get inside the top 10 overall standings with today’s enduro race, so they can advance to the final day of competition tomorrow. As of the official standings after Day 1, Lionel Sanders and Brent McMahon were safely inside the top 10 for the Canadian men and Heather Wurtele led the Canadian women but sat in 13th overall after the day of individual swim, bike and run time trials. Lots can change, however, so we can expect to see some shake-ups on the leaderboard in a few hours once the enduro race comes to a close.
Here’s our social media round-up of the best pictures, tweets and clips to come out of the first two days of IHIT.
