How to Watch the First Ironman Pro Series Event in New Zealand

Ironman

We are just days away from the opening race of the 2026 Ironman Pro Series, set to unfold in Taupō, New Zealand.

While early-season races often carry a “rust-buster” reputation, Ironman New Zealand arrives with real strategic consequence. As the first full-distance event of the series, Taupō offers athletes the opportunity to secure valuable points early in a championship chase that rewards consistency across the season.

Reigning Pro Series champions Kristian Blummenfelt and Kat Matthews headline deep professional fields, with defending champions Mike Phillips and Regan Hollioake also returning to the start line. See our full race preview here.

How to Watch

Fans can watch the race live and for free through Ironman’s digital platforms. The broadcast will stream live on YouTube and through Ironman.com/ProSeries.
