I recently tried the TrainerRoad Ramp Test. Instead of an 8, 20, or 60 minute all-out test, it’s a building test where you go until failure. According to TrainerRoad, this test is just as accurate (or even more accurate) than the traditional FTP tests, and it takes out the issues people have with pacing.
For this week’s video, I give you my initial impressions.
