Daniel Clarke: MSC Kingston Long Course Triathlon recap

I raced the Skechers Multisport Canada Kingston Long Course Triathlon on Sunday.  I wasn’t sure what to expect out of my legs, I’ve never got back into racing so quickly after an Ironman, and I was relatively happy with how I did.  The swim was choppy and really exposed the need for me to do more work on my stroke in those conditions.  Out on the bike and the run I had highs and lows when my legs felt great and then completely lousy.  In the end I finished a distant third behind Alex Vanderlinden and Ben Rudson.  Up next is the Bracebridge Olympic Triathlon next weekend.
