Chrabot and Petersen win the 5150 Miami International Triathlon

Jeffrey gets eighth.

American Matt Chrabot won last year and had a repeat performance today at the 5150 Miami International Triathlon. He stopped the clock at 1:44:04, ahead of New Zealand’s Bevan Docherty (1:44:30).

Fellow American Jillian Petersen, second last year to Sarah Haskins and a winner in 2009, comfortably took the women’s win in 1:56:54. Countrywoman Sara McLarty was second (2:00:10). Guelph’s Christine ‘Big Fish’ Jeffrey finished eighth (2:06:18).
