WTC releases statement about Ironman 70.3 National Harbor
September 27, 2012By WTCToday, World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) issued the following statement:
Washington Sports & Event Management, LLC (WSEM); PGCT, LLC (PGCT) and Chuck Brodsky have reached a settlement with WTC related to PGCT’s cancellation of the inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 National Harbor. As a result of that confidential settlement, WSEM has agreed to drop its defamation lawsuit against WTC, and PGCT will pay WTC an undisclosed amount in damages.
