Great Britain’s Stephen Bayliss was solid right across all three sports to set the new course record at Challenge Henley-on-Thames, crossing the finish line in 8:29:31 - the previous record was set last year by Petr Vabrousek in 8:37:58.

New Zealand’s Gina Crawford dominated the pro women’s race and smashed the previous record of 9:47:35 (set by Yvette Grice) with a 9:08:05 clocking.
