The 2010 La Terra XTERRA Canadian National Championships will take place in Whistler, British Columbia on Sunday September 5. The event will have a Sport and Championship distance event along with a relay division on the Championship Course only. National Champions will be crowned in each five year age category and they will earn a spot to race in Maui at the XTERRA World Championships (a total of 40 slots).

The professionals will complete for a prize purse worth over $10,000. Victoria’s three-time XTERRA World Champion Melanie McQuaid, Danelle Kabush, Christine Jeffrey, Rosemarie Gerspacher and Tanis Tomlin will vie for the women’s title. While, XTERRA legend Conrad Stoltz (RSA) takes on the USA’s Josiah Middaugh, and Canadian Mike Vine.
